On this exciting project, I positioned Starbucks to innovate and launch new breakfast and tea products by synthesizing Starbucks senior corporate brainstorms, focus group sessions, and trend expeditions—all into actionable product development and marketing insights.

After culling through a lot of data and even more notes, I condensed focus group experiences into actionable insights on: market segmentation, expansion, customer acquisition, pain points in work flow, store layout, POS, packaging, and brand perception. Phew!
I assembled these insights into final deliverables – including curating lookbooks, data-driven consumer profiles, slide decks outlining need states, barriers to entry, trends, and product descriptions.
I also worked on auxiliary projects which included product descriptions and copy for brand new CPG goods.
